虎頭堡濫射13死案 槍手哈山被判死刑

2009年對德州虎頭堡 (Fort Hood)同袍瘋狂濫射，致使13 人死亡、32人受傷的軍醫哈山 (Nidal Malik Hasan)，28 日經陪審團一致裁決，被判死刑，此案是美國軍中歷年來死傷最慘烈的屠殺血案。

身著迷彩軍服、下個月滿43歲的哈山，面無表情地聆聽由13名高級軍官組成的陪審團達成的一致裁決。即使只有一名陪審員反對，哈山即會被判無期徒刑。但陪審團只花了兩小時左右，即做出決定。

被控13項預謀殺人和32項預謀殺人未遂罪的哈山，之前已被裁定所有罪名確定。2009年11月5日，哈山在虎德堡基地突然用自動手槍向擁擠在候診室內的無武裝同袍開火，大開殺戒，受害士兵當時正為進駐阿富汗和伊拉克做最後準備。

擔任陸軍精神科醫師的哈山，原預定數周後派往阿富汗。當他手持高火力手槍發射時，曾大喊：「上帝你真偉大」，在被憲兵逮捕前，他發射了200發以上的子彈。
