國是會議開不成 綠：預設前提的是馬總統

針對在野陣營主張開「國是會議」，目前在國外訪問的馬總統昨天表示，如果把議題當前提，「國是會議」不如不開，民進黨今天回應表示，馬總統應該很清楚在野黨的主張，預設前提的是馬總統，有這樣的前提，推動和在野領袖見面「有什麼意義」（繆宇綸報導）

民進黨發言人林俊憲表示，從過去到現在，馬英九從來沒有說過要召開「國是會議」，只說要跟在野黨，跟民進黨的領袖見面，他在國外的說法是「混淆視聽，推卸責任」，如果要跟在野領袖會面，他應該非常清楚在野黨的主張，那就是「立即停建核四」『馬總統我們很清楚，他是要堅持繼續蓋核四，我們反而認為是馬總統預設前提......如果馬英九總統很清楚地這是你預設的前提，你跟在野黨領袖的見面有什麼意義？』

民進黨前主席蔡英文也發表聲明，認為馬總統一再以各種理由，迴避對國家社會的責任，拒絕國是會議，錯失建立共識良機，不但令人遺憾，也讓國人失望，面對高漲的民怨和國家持續沉淪，馬總統必須負起完全的歷史責任。
