不少民眾喜歡坐在路邊吞雲吐霧，不過吸完菸後，將菸蒂隨手亂扔，清潔人員1天最多可清掃撿拾24萬根。為宣導菸蒂不落地，北市府環保局推出「囧rz」方盒，裡面塞滿10萬根菸蒂，將在夜市、捷運站口展示，讓民眾警惕。 2013-08-08 中華民國啟聰協會 / 報導
