工商頭條～三安入股璨圓 經濟部點頭

首宗陸資參股台灣LED 投資案，可望過關！據悉，工業局針對三安入股璨圓，已經召開關鍵技術小組會議，作出贊成投資的意見，並在 7月底將審查意見送交投審會，官員說，最快本（ 8）月投資審議委員會即可通過。

去年11月，璨圓宣布預定以每股19.6元、總金額上限不超過23.52億元價格，發行1.2億股的私募股份，引進廈門三安光電集團資金。璨圓增資後股本約 60.16億元，屆時三安持股璨圓達19.9％，成單一最大法人股東，持股比重將高於目前最大法人股東日本三井的15％。～工商時報2013年 8月 5日頭版頭條
