廢除死刑國家去年增加三個

義大利非政府組織Hands off Cain在年度報告中表示，全球去年執行死刑的受刑人減少近一千人，廢除死刑國家從155國略增為158國。中國大陸處死人數大減，是去年全球執行死刑人數明顯下降的主因。
