最近洪的事件看了許多討論 有人在講軍方的陰謀論 我的疑問是看了這篇 http://bbi.com.tw/pcman/Militarylife/1HyC4R5b.html 裡面提到： 被告 的話 湮滅證據 是 無罪 沒被告 的話 湮滅證據 是 有罪 所以大家爭先恐後想被列被告 我不解這兩句的意思 為什麼被告湮滅證據是無罪？？ 這什麼邏輯啊？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.175.7
