賊偷阿嬤包包　落網辦稱羊癲瘋發作

【簡銘柱／台北報導】台北市1名杜姓刑警， 今天上午11時許在青年公園執勤，發現31歲張姓男子在怡客咖啡內行為鬼祟將東西塞在衣服裡，隨後急忙跑出店外，於是上前盤查，發現他衣服裡是一只女用包包，張嫌支吾其詞，警員將他帶進店內，剛好被害人俞姓老奶奶(88歲)上完廁所出來，才發現包包被張嫌偷走，氣的大罵竊嫌不學好。

張嫌被捕後辯稱因患有羊癲瘋沒有辦法正常工作才會行竊，警方訊後將他依竊盜罪移送法辦。
