有關於脊椎滑脫及兵役問題

今年就要升大肆了
明年就要行義務役
但是在兩年前因為運動傷害(打籃球)
造成腰傷，只要做激烈運動(打球等)
身體就會不適

去年和今年都去醫院門診
診斷是脊椎滑脫

但醫生說我的症狀算是輕微
不需要到開刀的程度

然後我想問的是

1.
只要是脊椎滑脫就可以不必當常備役嗎?(被操一定掛很怕><
 脊椎滑脫程度到多少可以服替代役或是免役
若是有相關規則網址請您貼上

2.申請程序以及日期等需要支證件資料等...
