服貿協議助經濟？陸學者看好

摘要：中國大陸四川省的洪災，從上週末持續至今，死亡人數已經來到36人，另有166人下落不明。在大水的衝擊下，許多建築物就轟然倒塌，還有河川改道，附近工廠和礦區災情慘重。在2008年大地震中，將近7萬人喪生的汶川，還在重建，又再度遭到巨災侵襲，土石流淹沒350棟民宅，消防隊員緊急出動到災區，救出受困民眾。大陸中南部地區，每年夏季總是因為暴雨、洪水造成慘重災情，去年有將近700萬人死亡。
