蕭敬騰 率性導師話最多

網羅范瑋琪、「羽.泉」的《最美和聲》20日在北京衛視首播，首度擔任導師的金曲歌王蕭敬騰（老蕭）備受禮遇，除每集百萬人民幣（約487萬台幣）高薪，還有「３不」堅持：不事先順稿、不被硬塞學員、不作假吵架，一度讓製作單位擔心他太「省話」，但據悉首集他話最多、最活潑。

老蕭經紀人Summer說，他「演」不來，所以錄影前只要知道流程，選手背景、故事一概不想知道，就怕先了解，正式錄影的情緒會是假的；他也不接受別人建議他該選哪些選手，８位學員都是親挑，耳朵聽到快出油。

他先從上千個音檔「盲選」出百人，再從百人裡挑選要到節目中亮相的８位學員，為此他17日到德明財經科技大學打籃球時，還在徵選有潛力的新秀，打球和表演一樣認真的他，一度跌跪在球場上，膝蓋破皮流血，工作人員趕緊為他包紮。
