新北很多地方都40多了 環境 素質 天壤之別.....

沒捷運 沒大公園 沒醫療
空間 路都窄小 的富錦街 都90萬/坪了~~~

天母55萬/坪我覺得是還算OK

[ 中山北路七段上的那些150萬/坪以上的豪宅 跟 一堆破億別墅 那種不算。]
