貓咪的尾巴好像受傷了

我今天起床的時候就發現我家的貓 尾巴不太正常 都不會搖 一直下垂 我輕捏尾巴的中間他會慘叫 還抓人 我叔叔就從尾巴的上方摸下來說中間的地方骨頭有一點點歪歪的 我家的貓平常會跑出去 我有下列的一些問題

1.如果不帶去看醫生牠會自己好嗎?

2.如果不帶去看醫生會怎樣嗎?

3.為什麼會這樣?

4.會不會要把尾巴切掉?

5.還是會永遠這樣?

請各位大大們回答得越詳細越好
