台幣午盤暫升29.838元　升值１1.4角

【林巧雁／台北報導】台幣今天開盤以29.952元兌1美元平盤開出，中午暫收29.838元，升值1.14角。非美貨幣如歐元、港幣、韓元、人民幣均走升，日圓升破100日圓，因外資匯入，帶動台幣盤中強勁升值超過1角。
 
央行一直以來均希望外匯交易室下午三點半以後不要買賣美元，昨天又再次道德勸說，交易員說，台幣看起來是升值趨勢。
