鋼構廠的設計及施工..新北市鶑歌區..

請教,各位大大:
我在鶑歌區有一間鋼構廠房,地坪為192坪...
門面14米,深度約44米,地面上已有鋼構廠房,
因為我要是金屬製造業,現有廠房很高約有3.5樓高,
裡面沒有夾層,
我想要做2層夾層...變成有2樓跟3樓,
樓層載重一定要足夠...
裡面有一台天車要降到1樓
我現在要怎麼做...
去哪裡找什麼人來做...
請大家說明清楚步驟,並推薦介紹廠商也可以..
還有因為現在工廠的動線也遝沒有想法..
這方面可以請教誰呢??找什麼人規劃呢??
還是自己想怎麼做就請人照自己的意思做呢?
