烏拉圭第一夫人：願為史諾登提供政治庇護

據俄羅斯媒體報導，烏拉圭第一夫人，同時也是參議員的托波蘭斯基表示，烏拉圭將考慮為美國前中情局僱員，揭密者史諾登提供政治庇護。

托波蘭斯基說，一旦史諾登提出避難申請，烏拉圭將會立即予以考慮。她說，烏拉圭已在慣例上成為了一個提供政治庇護的國家，她認為每一個國家都有為他們想要庇護的人，提供庇護的自由。

史諾登一共向20多個國家遞交了政治避難申請，多數國家拒絕了他的申請，或者說他必須在這些國家的領土上才能申請政治避難。

前兩天，委內瑞拉，尼加拉瓜和玻利維亞，先後表示願意為史諾登提供政治庇護。
