陸公告東海演習區 直指釣魚台

（中央社台北9日電）大陸海事局今天公告，浙江東南部大片海域將於11日凌晨0時至下午6時舉行軍事演習，範圍涵蓋象山至溫州以東海域，禁止船隻進入。由於演習區域距釣魚台主島不到150公里，引起外界聯想。

這項公告分為2項，標題分別為「浙航警0476軍事演習」及「浙航警0478軍事演習」。名義上雖由大陸海事局轄下的浙江海事局發布，但也同時公布在大陸海事局官網的「航行警告」項目中。

其中，0476號公告提到的演習名目為「實際使用武器訓練」，範圍包含浙江象山至溫州以東的大片東海海域。其中，最東端為南北向直線，位在東經123度15分；最南端為東西向直線，位在北緯27度25分。

根據海圖，上述兩線交叉點即為演習範圍內距離浙江海岸最遠處，距離至少有170公里；但當地是演習範圍內離釣魚台主島最近的一點，距離不到150公里，反而比浙江還近。

至於0478號公告提到的演習名目即為「軍事演習」，位置在象山東方的韭山列島東南側近海，範圍比前項公告小得多。

自從日本宣布將釣魚台列嶼國有化後，大陸與日本針對釣魚台主權問題針鋒相對。其中，日本防衛省今天發表的2013年防衛白皮書，直指大陸的動向是「包括日本在內的地區和國際社會的擔憂事項」。

大陸外交部今天則批評日本的說法是「不負責任的惡意炒作」。

雖然大陸軍方也曾在沿海海域，舉行「實際使用武器訓練」，但在這一時刻選在浙江外海舉行，已引起外界不少揣測及聯想。1020709
