新手學手排車(離合器和煞車.油門問題)

想請問開手排的大大們一些關於手排的問題

最近在駕訓班學手排開車

有些地方我還是真的不懂

希望大大能幫小弟解惑

第1.
在行駛中從一檔要換到二檔時
我知道油門要踩~
在離合器踩到底換到二檔之後
離合器是踩著還是完全放開???
(因為我很怕很怕放快 或直接放掉會熄火)

第2.經過上坡之後要到下坡
下坡路段
離合器要踩著???還是完全放掉???
因為下坡速度快 很怕過彎突然太快撞到分隔島之類的牆壁

新手階段離合器和油門控管還不是很熟

目前是小弟的問題
之後不知道還有什麼問題想問清楚的
我這人就很怪 覺得怪的地方就是想問清楚 要不然睡不著
