【林明佳/台北報導】根據今日公布一項「上班族飲食大調查」顯示,超過4 成8上班族身體質量指數(Body Mass Index,簡稱BMI)≧24、已過重,其中22%的BMI超過27達肥胖,主因是許多上班族用餐愛配含糖飲料,且逾半會吃零食、下午茶或宵夜,台灣肥胖醫學會秘書長林文元醫師警告,太胖容易有血壓、血脂及血糖三高等慢性病。此次一共調查1068位上班族,調查年齡介於25~40歲。
