腳的尺寸問題!!!很困擾!!!急!!!!!

我有爬文看到底要如何量腳的公分（尺寸）

可是我有自己量 ，
我把一張紙放在地上然後畫我的腳形
可是後來畫完要量的時候!!!
是22~23.5cm 但是我買鞋子根本穿不下
我幾乎都買24/24.5
我有買一雙new blance24cm 可是有點緊
我也有買vans 24.5可是很有點大!

但重點是!!!!
我現在要買一雙厚底涼鞋
可是小幫手說如果平常穿24這雙要穿24.5
但版形正常，小幫手是說因為前面腳趾露出
所以建議穿大半號

可是我根本不知道自己幾號!!!
“誰可以告訴我我到底要買幾號的鞋子!!!?”
