想問一個關於ESI-Mass的問題
利用Mass預測結構時，一般可利用同位素的相對強度來判定預測的結構是否正確
想請問大大，如果當其分子量與結果相符合，但在同位素的相對強度上有一組出現明顯差異，是否判定的結構一定就是錯的，或者是其強度有一個容忍誤差的存在?
拜託高手解答，有文獻提道的話更好，感恩!!!
