★以下為加強提醒請勿刪除★ 1.發文前請詳閱並遵守板規 2.本類別為提問專用，限台南特定相關事件資訊 認定方式：問題的內容條件 而非發文者的居住地 3.請參考 #13wWJAy2 (Tainan) [公告] 關於問問題與回答問題 4.若文章內容條件與台南無相關將不通知直接刪文 版主大大不知道可不可以發在這 如果不行我在自D 事情是這樣 原po這禮拜2去大東某鞋攤買了一雙鞋$390 結果回家發現鞋面上有去不掉的黃汙垢 "當天"晚上因為身體不適 朋友幫我衝去攤販那想幫我換鞋 結果老闆很消極的說 你要換是可以阿 可能要等10分鐘以上喔 朋友想說沒差就跟他耗 等阿等的 最後老闆很惡劣說 不能退費 要的話這禮拜五他進貨了請我去拿 朋友可能後來也累了所以就先把有瑕疵的鞋子給對方... 只留下自己的電話名字給老闆 沒收據沒發票 果不其然今天朋友又幫我跑了鞋攤一趟 老闆說還沒進貨... (QQ我人不在台南真的很謝謝你幫我跑這幾趟~~Q_Q) 不知道版友有沒有人可以給我一些意見 禮拜一到時候如何據理力爭呢? 目前我的狀況是 問題的鞋子不在手上(給老闆了) 也沒有發票收據 完全只能看老闆有沒有良心... 但我還是希望可以退費 或拿回正常的鞋子(老闆想丟給我size較大的) 雖然只有390 但是畢竟是錢.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.219.15
