急 !! 有關未成年肇事逃逸(20點)

我滿16歲未滿17歲時因一件未注意的車禍 而牽扯出肇事逃逸
我聽對方說因當下後車(對方)擦撞到我
但我沒感覺到 且因上要上鐵路平交道也不穩 我也沒感覺 所以就騎走
後來因在場有警察 也就吃上這條公訴罪 ....

開庭時我已滿17歲未滿18歲 結案(102.7~8月)也是 還有民事賠償
判下來是假日輔導 課上完是(102.12.23)

當時有問監理所人員 他們也說不清楚 只知道禁考一年 以為是已滿18歲開始算一年
到現在我已滿18歲了 又聽一些朋友說是從結案開始算

那到底 是從我滿18歲開始算一年可考駕照(等於要19歲)?
還是 從判刑開始滿一年就可考駕照?

因為我現在已開始上班 需要有機車駕照 ..
現在也7月初了 想說如果是從判刑算一年的話
我最快下個月就可以去考了 !

麻煩了 ...! 真的很急> <
