【短片】同性婚過關　歐巴馬call in道賀

【綜合報導】美國最高法院在昨日正式推翻「婚姻僅限一男一女結合」的定義，讓同志婚姻確立合法性。昨日有許多同性伴侶以及電視台記者守在最高法院外等待這項裁定，當他們聽到消息時，都相當高興，美國總統歐巴馬甚至call in 進電視連線，給大家一個驚喜。

歐巴馬目前正前往非洲參訪，因此昨日歐巴馬是在搭乘空軍一號時，得知這項消息。隨後歐巴馬call in 進微軟國家廣播公司(MSNBC)的新聞直播節目，恭賀同性婚姻合法化，當中一名來賓還邀請歐巴馬來參加他的婚禮。

歐巴馬也說，「婚姻保護法」(DOMA)是歧視性法律，視男女同性伴侶為次等公民，最高法院認定這項法律是個錯誤，美國將因此變得更美好。
