垃圾擬改秤重刷卡付費　民怨「哪有閒工夫排隊」

【綜合報導】現行全台各縣市垃圾清運費為「隨水費」或「隨袋」徵收，環保署擬推動「秤重模式」，未來垃圾車後方將有電子秤重機，民眾在丟垃圾前，得先把垃圾秤重確定金額，再用悠遊卡刷卡付費，最快今年底前與雙北市合作試辦，若成效不錯將擴大全台。

環保媽媽環境基金會董事長周春娣痛罵，這樣垃圾車要停更久，耗油也製造空氣污染，且「都市人都很忙，哪有閒工夫排隊。」新北市民眾邵均偉也說，光排隊與垃圾車塞在巷弄裡就民怨一堆了。
