Galaxy Note 8.0 無預警死機

用了galaxy note 8.0 3G版本的手機一個多月了 不斷發生無預警手機死機的問題
也就是把手機拿出來看時 發現打不開 必須長按電源鍵 在按一次電源鍵（最近更經常要反覆數次這個動作
）才會重新開機 導致很多電話都lose掉

已經送修過 檢查結果一切正常 這到底是哪門子檢查 不知道有沒有人遇到類似的問題
又該如何解決？
