法拍屋違建會被拆嗎?

最近看到一間法拍屋(兩個建號)很喜歡,是點交屋,但其中有一建號備註寫此建物並未辦理建物所有權第一次登記,拍定後無法逕持不動產權利移轉證書辦理所有權移轉登記,且該建物若經建築主管機關認定係屬違章,拍定人須承受拆除之危險,請問這一條是說買了這間房子無法登記在自己名下嗎?還有若有違建一定會被拆嗎?但我有查這間的建物謄本區公所又有資料(有建號),若是違建不是應該查不到嗎?還有以後要脫手有義務告知這間當初是法拍屋嗎?謝謝.....
