力麒股東會 全年推案量30億元

力麒建設今天舉行股東會，會中承認去年營收達68.69億元，稅後純益18.97億元，每股稅後純益3.02元，每股淨值18.7元；公司通過每股配發1元股票股利，以及0.5元現金股利。

力麒表示，去年在「麗麒」、「力麒蕭邦」、「力麒首御」及「力麒麒御」等保留戶售出貢獻下，推升去年營運成長。

力麒指出，今年在ECFA效應下，尤其是陸客商務往來衍生的資金效應，可望帶動豪宅及商辦市場行情，市場將呈現強者恆強，漲跌互見的局面。公司預計今年全年推案量可達30億元，銷售模式可能採取邊建邊售、先建後售或預售的方式。今年入帳個案將以「麗麒」、「力麒首御」及「力麒麒御」等完工個案售出，為今年營運重點。
