田中燦坤服務品質超差

購買3C產品真的要很注意...
我前幾天去田中店燦坤購買攜帶式不挑片DVD播放器
既然盒裝都註明攜帶式不挑片,應該可以看任何的DVD片,結果還是不能看,
拿去田中燦坤詢問此問題,燦坤店長咬定是我DVD片子問題
擺明就是不肯解決問題,態度超級差,於是我打電話去消基會,消基會說既然盒裝都標示攜帶式不挑片,那可以申訴此問題,但因為dvd廠商態度很好,所以我就沒申訴,但因為燦坤店長的態度極差,對於消費者售後服務很差,對於消費者沒保障,以後購買3c產品我不會再選擇田中燦坤.
