「盜壘伯」自撞汽車全程被錄　白摔

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名簡姓中年男子，昨天上午在高雄榮總附近路口，突從人行道衝進快車道，彎身倒臥在1部銀色休旅車前，所幸車主及時煞車，未釀成高，送醫男子得知過程被行車紀錄器錄下，只得自認倒楣，悻悻然離去。
 
由於過程乍看像是製造假車禍，簡男動作笨拙，還被封了「盜壘伯」，過程昨晚被舖上網，引來一片痛罵聲，連「人渣」字眼都出籠，警方今天表示，由於挨撞男子未索賠，尚難構成詐欺要件，但違規穿越馬路，將可依法開罰300元。
