墓園竊龍柏 3嫌判刑

台中男子張志中夥同友人，去年前往沙鹿區味丹公司的家族墓園竊取12棵價值60萬元的龍柏，經巡邏員警查獲同夥洪政章，其餘人趁隙逃逸，洪嫌被判刑11個月，並供出在逃同夥身分，台中地院昨依加重竊盜罪將張志中、林英才各判刑9個月。
