受海力士大火影響 DRAM漲至兩年多來高峰

SK海力士（Hynix）無錫廠本月初大火後至今，動態隨機存取記憶體（DRAM）價格已大漲42%，升抵兩年多來高峰。電腦和智慧手機業者零組件的成本也隨之大增。

集邦科技（DRAMeXchange）報價顯示，DDR3 2GB每顆23日漲到2.27美元，比SK海力士工廠4日因大火關廠當天的1.60美元大漲逾四成。

DRAM在2011年2月漲到2.30美元之後，價格不曾再高過2.20美元。

SK海力士受災的生產線預料下個月恢復生產。

全球第二大記憶晶片生產商SK海力士已加緊在南韓生產，以降低火災所造成的影響。蘋果、戴爾、Sony都是SK海力士的客戶。

Leading Investment & Securities分析師吳相宇說：「記憶晶片價格第4季若非持續上漲，至少也不會下跌，除非全面復工。市場原以為第4季就會觸頂。」他認為，美光（Micron）是最大受益者。美光股價從4日至今已漲23%，同期費城半導體指數僅漲近7%，海力士漲7.4%，首爾Kospi指數漲近4%。
