潘基文 將發表敘利亞化武報告

聯合國（UN）表示，調查人員已經將敘利亞化學武器報告呈交給秘書長潘基文。

聯合國發言人內瑟基（Martin Nesirky）表示，報告已於今天呈交給潘基文。潘基文明天上午11時15分將在安理會（Security Council）閉門會議上發表這份報告。

他當天稍晚也將向聯合國大會（General Assembly）做簡報。

瑞典專家塞爾史托姆（Ake Sellstrom）帶領的團隊被授權報告大馬士革郊區8月21日是否發生化武攻擊，以及有那些化學藥劑被使用，而不是調查誰發動攻擊。

官員表示，聯合國（UN）領袖對這份報告感到「痛心至極」。

安理會1位外交官表示：「讀過這份報告的人都能夠猜得到是誰動用化武。」

安理會預期明天展開磋商，俄羅斯與美國銷毀敘利亞化武的協議將占有相當的份量。
