凱瑞估將很快獲得敘利亞交出化武計劃

美國國務卿凱瑞表示，俄羅斯將會很快把敘利亞交出化武的具體計劃交給美國，時間預料在今天之內。

他強調，任何計劃必須保留條款，讓敘利亞政府知道，如果以此作為拖延的後果。

凱瑞與俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫通電話後，出席一個網上論壇時表示，俄方交出計劃細節後，美國將有機會審視，假如計劃真的可以確保化武獲得妥善保存，將會是至今最好以及最富意義的成就。

但凱瑞補充，計劃必須要是一個可持續的核實過程，國際社會可以暢通無阻地前往有可疑的化武儲存地點。
