近日收到一張非本人的元x資產管理寄送的遞送法院前通知，
收件人是前屋主的房客，
內容有提及要扣押居住地址及現戶地址之動產與不動產，
想請問現在我該怎麼做呢?
我的房子與家具會不會哪天上班回來發現都被查封或不見呢?
