軍事法庭和一般法庭的比較

最近洪仲丘案鬧得沸沸揚揚，洪案是由軍事法庭做審理!!我想請問一般普通法庭和軍事法庭的審判過程、制度都是一樣的嗎?還有一般犯罪的人犯羈押期不是至少要2個月，為什麼軍事法庭連一個月都不到就可以把犯人放出來?謝謝回答!!
