監聽洪家人？國防部：沒有

總統馬英九今（4）日上午前往台中參加洪仲丘告別式，會後與洪家人會談，洪家人因懷疑受到政府單位監控、騷擾，要求馬英九保障他們的安全。國防部表示，絕對沒有監聽洪家任何親人的手機及家中電話。

馬英九在洪仲丘告別式上香致意後，與洪家人會談時，洪仲丘的舅舅胡世和表示，在7月1日後就受到監聽，洪家人包括律師在內，電話接通後都明顯有「嘟嘟嘟」的聲音，還有管區來查他個人與他的公司，包括房東，讓他覺得受到威脅。洪仲丘媽媽也馬英九表示，「請總統保護我們家人的安全」

馬英九聞訊後表示，若沒有檢察官的同意就進行監聽，若有證據就馬上嚴辦。

國防部軍事發言人羅紹和少將表示，國防部絕對沒有監聽洪家任何親人的手機及家中電話。
