洪案上凱道3訴求

「萬人白T凱道送仲丘」，今晚在凱達格蘭大道集結數萬身穿白衣群眾，要求政府重視陸軍義務役下士洪仲丘遭凌虐致死案，晚會未開始，人潮管制已從景福門延伸到台大醫院。

洪仲丘案發生至今滿一個月，公民一九八五行動聯盟發起十萬人上凱道送仲丘最後一程，要真相、要懲凶、要人權、要改革，以和平方式，要求政府重視洪仲丘案。

主辦單位公民一九八五行動聯盟提出三大抗議訴求：一、立即啟動特偵組或軍司法共同偵辦小組偵辦全案；二、立即組成軍事冤案調查委員會，對歷年冤案重啟調查；三、承平時期軍法全面回歸司法！總統直接負起軍中人權直接完全責任。
