鬥魚水沉底加鰓呼吸急促?

我的魚今天晚上才換過水,今天半夜3點終就跳出水了,後來我幫又重換水,我平常是4天換1次髒水再加水質穩定劑,水是全換,我看到他膚色一養正常可是沉底加呼吸急迫,不知該怎麼辦?...
