健保欠費繳納與被加保人的的問題

我目前因為主職待業中,健保卡被鎖了,重點是我母親之前是隨我的加保的一併被停用了,之前轉職中間有停卡時記得都會寄通知來,所以沒太注意,而我母親在這段期間卻罹患重大疾病手術住院中,打算直接到健保局繳交欠費,但是我去健保網頁查找確太過複雜,我的問題是我到健保局繳費時可以連同我母親的保費一起繳嗎.
我查詢過後真的看不太懂他網站的設置與問題,又剛好在例假日,打電話詢問好像不是全天后24小時的根本沒法知道狀況,真的是有夠他XX,遇到假日也沒辦法繳費,我有錢繳都沒辦法,真的想把人害死就對了..............想找人問清楚狀況沒辦法....
