【短片】矽品林文伯：等這毛利率等了3年多

【楊喻斐／台北報導】矽品上季毛利率回升到20.9%，EPS 0.56元，創近3年半新高。董事長林文伯說：「這樣的毛利率等了3年多，希望以後可就此維持住這樣的水準！」矽品本季稼動率仍維持高檔，並無價格競爭壓力，平均售價走勢持平。
巴克萊亞太區半導體首席分析師陸行之指出，矽品本季營收將季增約5~7%，優於競爭對手。
林文伯指出，雖然有些客戶庫存調整，但有些客戶正為新產品準備，整體而言，需求還是增加的，矽品下半年成長也將優於整體封測代工產業，單季營收以挑戰歷史新高183.1億元為目標。
