摘要：台中一間知名喜宴餐廳，去年被客人投訴，魚翅裡有蟑螂，餐廳賠償客人6萬元之後，竟然轉向負責的林姓廚師求償16萬名譽損傷費用，還一狀告上法院，但林姓廚師反指控餐廳，常用不明項目扣錢，還舉辦抓老鼠比賽，誇張的行徑，非常不合理，法院認定，魚翅有蟑螂和廚師沒有關係，判餐聽敗訴。
