日企業試辦 惜食減少浪費

日本三十五家企業將試辦減少食品浪費的新措施。

為了減少食品浪費，三十五家零售及食品業，八月起將嘗試延長飲料及糕點的交貨期限。

日本食品、流通業有個叫做「三分之一規則」的慣例，也就是，保質期已過去三分之一的商品，不交給零售店舖。因此食品浪費問題一直難以解決。這三十五家企業決定將交貨期限延長到保質期的「二分之一」。從八月起試行到明年二月。看看成效如何，再決定是否繼續。

依照日本農林水產省的統計，二零一零年日本一共有一千八百萬噸的食品廢棄物，其中有五百萬到八百萬噸是還沒腐壞的，還可以吃的食品。
