渣打金融卡 不能看餘額(20點)

今天收到渣打銀行的金融卡(預設密碼)

但我跑去 郵局 看我裡面的薪資餘額

郵局查看餘額怎麼強制給我用明細表

不是顯示在螢幕

而且明細上面顯示

可用餘額 ********

這樣我怎麼知道我有多少錢....

之後跑去7-11的 中國信託提款機試看看

卡片打完密碼  之後又說取消退出

請問為什麼會這樣呢??

是不是一定要先把 預設密碼 改成自己的密碼才能看餘額??

一開始渣打銀行的人說 不過在台灣哪邊領錢都免手續費

我家離渣打銀行提款機 太遠了@@
