新北市買賣移轉棟數月減8.3%　交易量以新莊居冠

【顏嘉瑩／新北報導】新北市政府今發布6月買賣移轉棟數資料，交易案件量總計7756棟，較5月減少8.3%，跟去年同期則增加17.8%。

新北市府地政局地價科科長黃美娟表示，新北市6月各行政區交易量都呈現縮減情形。排名前3名為新莊區1026棟、淡水區689棟、中和區671棟。

永慶房產集團研究發展中心經理黃舒衛分析，新北市住宅價格相對平易近人。目前最受歡迎產品類型、總價帶在新北市板橋區、中和區、永和區、新店區、三重區與汐止區等第1環行政區，25~35坪的3房物件總價在1000~1500萬元，第2環的蘆洲區、新莊區、土城區、五股區與淡水區等，以總價700~1200萬元的產品較受歡迎。
