【劉昌松／台北報導】桃園男子邱合成、陳志仁2008年綁架印刷廠老闆鄭玉欽勒贖，得手18萬元後，竟因擔心被指認，2人用童軍繩在鄭脖子上繞了12圈後，1左1右像拔河般將鄭男絞死。高院更三審判邱死刑，陳因有悔意被判無期徒刑，最高法院今判邱合成死刑，陳志仁無期徒刑定讞。
