標題[請益] 邁進健身房

在外地讀書 假日如果有回去彰化有空閒的話的都會去健身房運動 本身有跑步習慣 所以幾乎都會去使用跑步 雖然也是會到二樓重訓室使用器材 但碰過的器材大約3~5台 由於小弟是個英文白癡... 機器上貼的英文都看不懂... 所以不敢確定使用機器時姿勢是否有正確 這次暑假剛好比較有空閒 想尋找可以帶著新手小弟一起訓練 如果有板友方便帶我一起訓練的話在麻煩站內信給我 我們再來僑時間 非常感謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.163.196.124
