購買App不需要信用卡？香港電信公司推出Google Play小額付費功能

　　眾所皆知，不管是在 App Store 或是 Google Play 上購買軟體的話，除了透過信用卡購買外，似乎也沒有其他方式來消費，在部分國家似乎可以採取點數儲值的方式，但是普及率很低。先前也曾經有廠商提過，希望可以用「手機的小額付費」來在 App Store 或是 Google Play 上消費，而現在，真的有香港電信公司與 Google 合作，推出這項功能了！


先前還外傳說，Google 要把付費方式封鎖到只能使用 Google Wallet


　　香港電信公司「3」（沒錯，他就叫做 3，以前叫做橙）日前已與 Google play 聯手合作，推出手機小額付費功能，屆時使用者如果是使用該公司的電信服務，在Google Play 上面進行消費時就會跳出「啟用 3HK 電信代扣功能」，屆時你所消費的金額會合併在電信帳單裡面一同計算。


真希望這個小額付費功能能快點來台灣


　　其實小額付費在台灣行之有年，而且越是網路世代越是習慣使用，像是台灣電信的小額付費功能，在購買遊戲點數上的金額可以說是非常的龐大，希望台灣也能快點引進這個功能，讓許多沒有信用卡或不習慣在網路上使用信用卡的朋友，能購買到優質又專業的付費軟體。
