去年領有身障證明約112萬人

內政部15日公布最新統計，去年我國領有身心障礙證明者，約112萬人，續創新高。近10年來，共增加身障人口29萬人，年補助金額達到新台幣270億元，約占中央社福總支出的7.7%。

另外，政府去年7月11日實施「國際健康功能與身心障礙分類系統」，也就是ＩＣＦ新制，至去年底經重新鑑定，領有身障證明者，已有8萬7千多人，領有身障手冊者 (舊制)，仍有103萬餘人。
