我4月初經朋友介紹到台中一家語言補習班試聽, 這是第一次試聽;
試聽完後, 他們主管就要求要先刷卡劃位,
我那時就有跟她說, 我還沒確定要上課,
她解釋, 沒關係, 我們先劃位, 不過卡, 等我確定要上了再過卡;
結果我回去想了想, 就有告知我在那邊上班的朋友說, 我沒辦法過去上課, 請她幫我刷退;
結果她一直跟他們主管催, 都說有在處理, 但一直到現在都沒退回來;
銀行也過卡, 入賬了, 帳單我這邊已經先繳掉了;
據我朋友轉告, 她主管說5/28就已經辦刷退了, 但是我跟她要刷退單據, 都一直沒給, 我想她們補習班是想擺爛的樣子;
這怎麼辦? 有辦法申訴嗎?
我只去試聽過一次,之後就沒再去過了
