國五平原線將計程收費 宜蘭怒嗆北上抗議

國道計程收費預計八月上路，在宜蘭引起反彈！包括縣府、立委及基層民眾，口徑一致，認為國道五號平原線的最高速限只有90公里，單向路寬只有2線道，就規格來講，只能算是快速道路，要求免收費，否則北上抗議。交通部高公局回應，會將地方民意反映給中央，目前，國道計程收費措施尚未完全定案。(黃麗鳳報導)

國道縱向高速公路(計程收費)即將實施，宜蘭民意憤慨！抨擊這項政策不合理，不符合公平正義！

立委陳歐珀指出，國道五號北宜高出雪山隧道口之後，從頭城到蘇澳的國五平原線，雖然是縱向國道，但是它的速限只有90公里，單向路寬2線道，不論就速限或路寬等道路設計觀點，都只是快速道路規格與聯絡性道路，並不符合高速公路規格，建議交通部比照西部橫向國道，將國5平原段列入免計程收費範圍。

宜蘭縣政府評估，國5平原線如果計程收費，多數民眾為節省過路費，將改走側車道，直到礁溪交流道才上國5，平面道路一定很塞，106年蘇花改通車後，還會更壅塞。

陳歐珀建議交通部，將國五平原線解編為快速道路，並比照國2等橫向高速公路，兩年後再討論收費問題，否則將聚眾北上抗議。
